How do the online courses work?

Each week, you get access to a new video. Ideally, you practice the movements during the week until the next video becomes available.
Do I need any specific equipment?

All you need is a stable internet connection and enough space to move your arms and take a step in each direction. For the saber, you can purchase one at a martial arts store or order it online, including on Amazon.
Can I take a course if I’m a complete beginner?

Absolutely! Our online courses are perfectly suited for beginners. Clear, progressive instructions will guide you step by step.
What is the price and how do I register?

Several plans are available. Check our “Pricing” page for full details. Registration is done online in just a few clicks.
Will I have access to replays of the sessions?

Yes! All replays are available for free to enrolled students. You can review the lessons and practice at your own pace.
Is there a community for online students?

Yes! You will join a private space to interact with the teacher and other students, share your progress, and ask questions.
How long does it take to see the benefits?
Benefits for relaxation and mental well-being are often noticeable from the first sessions. Improvements in flexibility, balance, and strength become visible after a few months of regular practice.

What age can practice Taiji Quan?
Our courses are primarily for adults and teenagers (16 years and older). There is no upper age limit; the practice is adapted to everyone.
Is Taiji Quan an effective martial art or just a form of exercise?

It’s both! Taiji Quan is a complete internal martial art. Its “soft” appearance conceals real martial applications (throws, joint locks, strikes). The slow execution allows you to refine precision, body structure, and force generation.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
No, not at all! Every class is adapted to each student’s level. Regular practice gradually and gently improves physical condition, flexibility, and strength. The most important thing is motivation.

A new exclusive video every week to improve your Taiji at your own pace!
